If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.<\/p><p>These Terms operate together with our <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9084\">Privacy Policy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9085\">Cookie Policy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9088\">Listing Guidelines<\/a> and, for paid business services, the <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9086\">Refund Policy<\/a> and Business Terms.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-2\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">02<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>About AskOllo and our role<\/h2>\n                            <p>AskOllo is a community-first discovery platform operated by 5FOLD LIMITED. It helps people find local businesses, restaurants, jobs, events, sport, community groups, charities, not-for-profits and local information.<\/p><p>Except where AskOllo expressly states that 5FOLD is the supplier, AskOllo acts as a platform facilitator. A listing, ranking, badge, search result, article, review or advertisement is not a guarantee or endorsement of the underlying person, organisation, product, job, event or service.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-3\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">03<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Eligibility and accounts<\/h2>\n                            <p>Public content may generally be browsed without an account. To create or use an account you must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and only act for another person or organisation when you are authorised to do so.<\/p><p>Personal accounts are intended for users aged 16 or older. A person under 16 should use AskOllo only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We may require age, identity or authority verification where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance or account recovery.<\/p>                                                            <ul><li>Do not share passwords or deliberately allow another person to impersonate you.<\/li><li>Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.<\/li><li>Keep your email address and other recovery details current.<\/li><\/ul>\n                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-4\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">04<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Acceptable use<\/h2>\n                            <p>You must use AskOllo lawfully, honestly and in a way that does not undermine the safety, integrity or community purpose of the platform.<\/p>                                                            <ul><li>Do not post or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, abusive or privacy-invasive material.<\/li><li>Do not impersonate another person or entity, create fake accounts or reviews, manipulate ratings, fabricate transactions or misrepresent a relationship with AskOllo.<\/li><li>Do not scrape, harvest, crawl, copy, reverse engineer or use automated access against the platform except through an interface or permission we expressly provide.<\/li><li>Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits or security measures, or introduce malware or harmful code.<\/li><li>Do not use AskOllo to collect personal information about others without a lawful basis or to send unsolicited marketing or spam.<\/li><li>Do not use platform content, data or branding to build a competing database or service without written permission.<\/li><\/ul>\n                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-5\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">05<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>User content, reviews and submissions<\/h2>\n                            <p>You remain responsible for content you submit, including reviews, photos, comments, job applications, event information and other material. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.<\/p><p>Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be bought, fabricated, manipulated or submitted in exchange for undisclosed benefits. We may label, moderate, reject, hide or remove content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, the Listing Guidelines or applicable law.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-6\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">06<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Licence you give us<\/h2>\n                            <p>You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to AskOllo, you grant 5FOLD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute and adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote and improve AskOllo and the relevant listing or community feature.<\/p><p>The licence ends when the content is deleted from active use, except to the extent copies remain in routine backups, audit records, legal records, previously distributed communications or material we are required or permitted to retain by law.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-7\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">07<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Jobs, events and community opportunities<\/h2>\n                            <p>Job advertisements, event information and community opportunities are generally supplied by third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, 5FOLD is not the employer, recruiter, ticket seller, event organiser or contracting party.<\/p><p>Users should independently verify pay, qualifications, licences, dates, accessibility, safety, cancellation terms and any other information material to their decision. Applications or registrations may be sent to or processed by third parties whose own terms and privacy practices apply.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-8\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">08<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Third-party businesses, transactions and links<\/h2>\n                            <p>Transactions with listed businesses or organisations are between you and that third party unless AskOllo expressly identifies 5FOLD as the supplier. External websites, booking systems, payment pages and social networks are controlled by their respective operators.<\/p><p>We may verify limited facts about an organisation, such as an ABN or account authority, but verification does not guarantee quality, suitability, solvency, licensing status or future conduct.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-9\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">09<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Moderation, safety and platform integrity<\/h2>\n                            <p>We may investigate reports, request evidence, correct obvious errors, restrict visibility, pause features or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, comply with law, respond to fraud or security concerns, or protect users and the platform.<\/p><p>Where practical and appropriate, we will give an affected account holder notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond before material enforcement action. Immediate action may be taken for fraud, security threats, unlawful content, urgent safety concerns or legal obligations.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-10\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">10<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>AskOllo intellectual property<\/h2>\n                            <p>The AskOllo platform, software, designs, branding, taxonomy, original editorial material and compiled platform data are owned by or licensed to 5FOLD. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.<\/p><p>You may use platform functionality for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, commercialise, remove attribution from or create derivative platform products from protected AskOllo material except as permitted by law or with written permission.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-11\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">11<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Availability, changes and security<\/h2>\n                            <p>We aim to keep AskOllo available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, cyber incidents, technical faults, lawful restrictions or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.<\/p><p>We may change, retire or improve platform features. Where a material change affects a paid service, the Business Terms and Refund Policy apply and any non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-12\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">12<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Consumer rights preserved<\/h2>\n                            <p>Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or another law where doing so would be unlawful. Paid services supplied to a consumer may carry statutory guarantees including due care and skill, fitness for disclosed purpose and supply within a reasonable time.<\/p>                                                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-callout\"><p>If a paid AskOllo service has a problem, your remedy depends on the circumstances and the Australian Consumer Law. See the <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9086\">Refund Policy<\/a> for our process. Statutory rights do not depend on any voluntary refund policy.<\/p><\/div>                                                    <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-13\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">13<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Disclaimers and liability<\/h2>\n                            <p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskOllo content is provided for general discovery and information. We do not promise that third-party content is complete, current or suitable for your circumstances, and you remain responsible for decisions made in reliance on third-party listings or external services.<\/p><p>We are not responsible for loss caused solely by a third party, your own acts or omissions, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from our fraud, wilful misconduct or breach of non-excludable statutory rights.<\/p><p>Where the law permits liability for a service that is not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use to be limited, our liability may be limited to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of having the service supplied again.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-14\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">14<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Suspension, account closure and records<\/h2>\n                            <p>You may stop using AskOllo and may request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, safety risk, unlawful activity, non-payment of a paid service, or where continued access would create material risk.<\/p><p>Account closure does not automatically erase information we must retain for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, audit records or legitimate backup cycles. Personal information is handled in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9084\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-15\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">15<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Changes to these Terms<\/h2>\n                            <p>We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational or platform changes. The effective date at the top will be updated. For material changes that significantly reduce existing rights or increase ongoing obligations, we will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice where practicable.<\/p><p>Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights. If you do not agree with a material change to an ongoing paid service, you may cancel before the change takes effect, subject to any rights that apply under law.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"terms-section-16\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">16<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Disputes, governing law and severability<\/h2>\n                            <p>If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly. Nothing in this process prevents you from exercising statutory rights, seeking urgent relief, or contacting an appropriate regulator or dispute body.<\/p><p>These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts with jurisdiction in Queensland.
