By applying for or managing an organisation account or authorising payment, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the named organisation and to bind it to these Business Terms.<\/p><p>The AskOllo platform is operated by 5FOLD LIMITED. The organisation shown on the relevant checkout, receipt or tax invoice is the contracting customer for the paid service.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-2\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">02<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Organisation application and verification<\/h2>\n                            <p>Applications are subject to review. We may verify information against public or third-party sources, including ABN Lookup and registration information, and may ask for evidence of authority, legal name, trading name, address, licences, charity status or other facts relevant to platform integrity.<\/p><p>Email verification confirms control of the submitted email address only. It does not itself approve the organisation or guarantee publication.<\/p>                                                            <ul><li>Information supplied must be accurate, current and not misleading.<\/li><li>You must promptly correct material changes to ownership, status, contact details, licensing, address or service information.<\/li><li>We may refuse or pause an application where information cannot reasonably be verified or appears inconsistent, unlawful or misleading.<\/li><\/ul>\n                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-3\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">03<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Registered charities and not-for-profit organisations<\/h2>\n                            <p>Where an applicant selects a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation type, AskOllo may require an uploaded registration certificate and may compare the legal entity name and ABN against information supplied in the application and public registers.<\/p><p>Where the AI certificate review feature is enabled, certificate material may be sent to the configured AI service to extract the entity name and ABN and return a confidence result. The AI output is a review aid only. It does not automatically approve or reject the organisation; the final decision remains with an authorised AskOllo reviewer.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-4\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">04<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Listing approval and publication<\/h2>\n                            <p>AskOllo may edit formatting, request clarification or decline content that does not meet platform requirements. We will not deliberately change the substantive meaning of your factual claims without reason.<\/p><p>Directory approval, account activation, advertising approval and paid-plan status are separate controls. An active subscription does not override moderation or verification requirements.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-5\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">05<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Plans, prices and included features<\/h2>\n                            <p>AskOllo currently offers three recurring weekly plans. The current price and inclusions displayed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9055\">Pricing page<\/a> and Stripe checkout form part of the offer you accept. The total amount payable, including any applicable GST treatment, is shown before you authorise payment.<\/p>                                                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-callout\"><p>Plan features are entitlements, not guaranteed outcomes. By completing checkout, you authorise the recurring charge shown at checkout using the payment method you provide to Stripe.<\/p><p>AskOllo does not receive or store full card numbers. Payment credentials are handled by Stripe. Stripe terms and privacy practices also apply to its payment services.<\/p><p>If payment fails or a subscription becomes unpaid, past due, cancelled or otherwise inactive, paid entitlements may be restricted or paused after reasonable billing retries or notice. Statutory rights are not affected.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-7\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">07<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation<\/h2>\n                            <p>You may manage eligible billing changes through the business dashboard or Stripe Customer Portal where available. A cancellation scheduled for period end stops future renewal and ordinarily leaves the paid entitlements active until the end of the current paid billing period.<\/p><p>A downgrade may reduce gallery limits, visibility, analytics, job or event limits, promotional eligibility or other premium tools. We aim not to silently delete historical records solely because a plan changes, but content beyond the new active entitlement may be archived, unpublished or prevented from new publication.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-8\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">08<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Advertising and promotional placement<\/h2>\n                            <p>Advertising and promotional content must be accurate, lawful and suitable for the nominated placement. We may request changes, reject creative, pause a campaign or remove advertising that breaches law, these Terms, the Listing Guidelines or platform safety requirements.<\/p><p>Placement order, rotation, frequency and eligibility may depend on plan, category, suburb, campaign dates, approval state, inventory, relevance, user context and platform design. Unless expressly purchased under a separate written insertion order, no minimum impressions, clicks, enquiries, conversions, search rank or revenue outcome is promised.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-9\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">09<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Jobs and events<\/h2>\n                            <p>Job and event publication is subject to the active plan limits and separate moderation requirements. You are responsible for employment, workplace, ticketing, licensing, safety, refund, accessibility and other legal obligations applying to the opportunity or event you publish.<\/p><p>AskOllo may remove expired, cancelled, duplicate, misleading or unlawful posts and may require corrections before republication.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-10\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">10<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Your content and intellectual property<\/h2>\n                            <p>You retain ownership of logos, photographs, copy and other material you supply. You grant 5FOLD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize, format, reproduce and display that material as reasonably necessary to operate and promote your AskOllo listing, advertisements and related platform features.<\/p><p>You warrant that you have permission to use submitted material and that its publication will not infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity or other rights. You remain responsible for claims caused by material you supply where the claim arises from your breach or infringement; you are not responsible for loss caused by 5FOLD\u2019s own unlawful act or negligence.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-11\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">11<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Accuracy, legal compliance and regulated claims<\/h2>\n                            <p>You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, opening hours, service areas, qualifications, licences, professional claims, health claims, employment claims, discounts, availability and other information you publish.<\/p><p>If your industry is regulated, you must hold and maintain any licence, registration, permit, insurance or approval legally required for the advertised activity. A verified AskOllo badge does not replace regulatory due diligence.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-12\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">12<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Reviews, enquiries and customer interactions<\/h2>\n                            <p>You must not create, purchase or manipulate reviews or pressure a reviewer to give a misleading rating. You may respond to reviews factually and respectfully.<\/p><p>Enquiries sent through AskOllo are not guaranteed leads and may contain personal information. You must use enquiry information only for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with applicable privacy and marketing laws.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-13\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">13<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Suspension, removal and refusal of service<\/h2>\n                            <p>We may restrict or suspend a listing, advertisement or account where reasonably necessary for non-payment, fraud, security, legal compliance, serious or repeated platform breaches, false verification material, intellectual property complaints or material risk to users.<\/p><p>Except where urgent action is required, we will ordinarily provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond or remedy the issue. We will not rely on a suspension right in a way that would be unfair or contrary to applicable law.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-14\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">14<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Refunds and Australian Consumer Law<\/h2>\n                            <p>Refunds and billing corrections are handled under the <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9086\">Refund Policy<\/a>. Nothing in these Business Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a non-excludable right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, including protections that can apply to eligible small businesses acquiring goods or services as consumers.<\/p><p>These Business Terms are intended to operate fairly and reasonably. Nothing in them is intended to exclude the statutory protections that apply to unfair terms in eligible small-business or consumer standard-form contracts.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-15\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">15<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Privacy and data handling<\/h2>\n                            <p>Business account data, application records, uploaded certificates, enquiry information, billing references and analytics are handled in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/askollo.dev.neonsnow.com.au\/?page_id=9084\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. You must not upload unnecessary personal information or sensitive information about third parties.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-16\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">16<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Changes to plans or these Business Terms<\/h2>\n                            <p>We may change future plan features, pricing or these Business Terms for legal, operational or product reasons. Material changes to an ongoing paid service will be notified in advance where reasonably practicable and will not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights.<\/p><p>If you do not accept a material prospective change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Any refund entitlement is determined under applicable law and the Refund Policy.<\/p>                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/section>\n                                    <section id=\"business-terms-section-17\">\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-number\">17<\/div>\n                        <div class=\"askollo-legal-section-copy\">\n                            <h2>Disputes and governing law<\/h2>\n                            <p>Please contact us promptly about a billing, moderation or listing dispute and provide the relevant account and transaction details. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. This does not prevent either party from exercising statutory rights, seeking urgent relief or contacting a regulator or dispute-resolution body.<\/p><p>These Business Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and applicable Commonwealth laws.
