Paid services
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the campaign or subscription state, applicable consumer law and whether the paid service has already been supplied.
Cancellations
Cancelling a recurring plan prevents future renewal according to the billing terms. Existing records remain stored, while premium entitlements may stop at the applicable time.
Requesting a review
Contact AskOllo with the account email, transaction reference and reason for the request so the circumstances can be reviewed.
